Jetex acts merely as a flight broker and as such arranges carriage by air by simply chartering an aircraft from a third-party aircraft operator (carrier) in the name and on behalf of the client (charterer). We will cause an operator of choice to make an aircraft available to you as per our standard terms and conditions and specific arrangements laid down in a written agreement with you, however we will not operate the flight ourselves. An operator will be responsible for flight delays, technical issues, rescheduling and cancellations. Jetex shall not be under any obligation to provide you an alternative solution such as a replacement aircraft and shall not be held liable for any costs, expenses, losses, incurred by you as a result of events in the operator’s control or in case of force majeure circumstances.
