Pet Transportation Procedures (UAE)
Once Jetex receives all pet documents (Pet Import Permit, vaccination document, and the passport) from the customer, it will submit them to a Veterinary Doctor (Ministry of Climate Change and Environment) at least 24 hours prior to the flight. Once all documents are cleared, the authority will issue an OK to BOARD for the pet.

Attached is the link to our E-Service to obtain the import permit after fulfilling all the requirements. https://www.moccae.gov.ae/en/services/export-import-services/import-permit-pets.aspx this should be done by the owner.
